Is there a room block with the hotel?

Yes there is!
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms for our attendees. Act quickly to purchase your ticket and reserve your discounted room before they sell out or the rate expires.

What airport do I fly into?

For Edinburgh, you fly into Edinburgh Airport (EDI),.
This is the main international airport serving the city. It’s located about 8 miles (13 km) west of the city center. You can easily get to downtown Edinburgh via tram, bus, taxi, or rental car.

​The Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian is approximately 7.5 miles (12 km) from Edinburgh Airport (EDI).

Are meals included?

Yes. With your registration we will provide lunch daily during the training events. If you have special dietary needs, please be sure to let us know ASAP. Coaches are on their own for breakfast and dinner each night. If you are staying at the hotel a full Scottish buffet breakfast is included with your room.

When do we pick up our registration materials?

Registration will take place on Monday, September 29th, before training begins. We will be set up outside the ballroom starting at 7:30 AM. You can stop by to pick up your materials and grab some breakfast.

The doors for training will open at 8:45 AM. You’ll have plenty of time to get settled before we kick off the event.

​If you are part of the Circle of Excellence, you will receive separate registration instructions. Please keep an eye on your email for those details closer to the event.

What is the daily schedule?

An agenda will be provided to you closer to the event of what to expect each day. You can expect the event to take place according to the following schedule:

Training starts at 9:00 am

Lunch daily at 12:00 pm -1:30 PM

Training ends at 4:30 pm

Can I bring my spouse or business partner?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your spouse or business partner!
Please note that to attend the actual training event, your spouse or business partner must be a coach on your opportunity. If they are accompanying you but not participating in the training, they can enjoy the amenities of the The Caledonian or explore the Edinburgh area, which offers plenty of attractions, shopping, and dining options.

The fee for a partner is $2500.00.

​Your guest are invited to join you at the Award Celebration on Wednesday, October 1st.

What is the dress code?

Business Casual please. You’ll want to bring a sweater or jacket so you are comfortable in the room – they tend to be chilly.

​For the awards ceremony – come dressed to impress! It’s a party!

Is there shuttle service to the hotel?

The Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh –
The Caledonian does not offer a dedicated shuttle service from Edinburgh Airport (EDI). However, you have several convenient transportation options:​​

- Airlink Bus (Service 100): This express bus departs from the airport every 10 minutes and stops at Shandwick Place, which is a short walk from the hotel. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes.

- Tram: Edinburgh Trams run frequently from the airport to the city center. You can alight at the Princes Street stop, which is about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. The tram journey takes around 30 minutes.

- Taxi or Ride-sharing Services: Taxis and services like Uber are readily available at the airport, offering direct transportation to the hotel. The journey typically takes 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.​

These options provide reliable and efficient means to reach the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh from the airport.

May I bring my electronics?

We encourage you to bring your phones, computers etc. for your own use during the breaks. Please note that the event itself is not to be recorded. We ask that you have all alerts silenced. Our team will record the event and the recording will be shared with those in attendance.

What if I cannot make all 3 days of the training? Is there a discount?

We do not offer pro-rated discounts for time missed in the event. We encourage you to make every effort to attend all days in order to maximize the value you gain from the ideas and concepts our team will be teaching.

What is Circle of Excellence?

This is part of our PGI Coaching Certification program. In order to be considered Circle of Excellence and enjoy all of the benefits at the training, one must qualify or maintain at least Bronze status by 8/31/2025

What is the cancellation policy?

All sales are final. If you cancel 30 or more days before the event starts, you may use your payment as a credit for any other PGI event or PGI-related product, minus a non-refundable 20% administration fee. The credit is one-time use, has no cash value, and expires 12 months after we issue it. You can’t transfer the credit to anyone else. Using the credit depends on availability and current prices. If you cancel fewer than 30 days before the event, don’t attend, or only attend part of the event, you do not receive a refund or a credit.

Effective date: This policy applies to purchases made on or after August 12, 2025.

Grandfathered purchases: If you paid before August 12, 2025, the cancellation terms in place at the time you bought your ticket—including a 30-day refund option—still apply.
